Oral GABA is probably not effective, although some people report some calming action. Oral GABA does have peripheral effects, but is generally believed to not have central (nervous system) effects.

The others are good ideas to try. Best to try the DLPA and the SAMe separately, so you know exactly what they do. The B-100 is a good all around supplement, in any case.
