I get a lot of achiness from caffeinne because I'm so allergic to it but am so low on energy it's hard to get by without it.

Thanks for your post. Caffiene is an idea for a possible culprit. I'm just trying to sort out a possible cause. The only listings I can find for FO SE's does not include anything related to muscle discomfort, but I've been known to have untoward effects to stuff NO ONE else experiences. I've used FO or Salmon Oil for a while (off and on) and this finding of muscle achiness has come up from time to time - along with some skin breakout issues. I've never equated the FO use to the muscle pain, but I guess a trial of going without might help to pinpoint.
