This was the condition I found myself in: the lamictal helped stabilize me but there was persistant low to mid-grade depression bothering me. The SAMe always made me manic prior to lamictal.

Good news is (and it is early) the SAMe has in fact really reduced the depressions (mayve from a 5 on a scale of 1 - 10, to a 1) and the inositol helps take the edge off the SAMe. I also find the inositol to have a mild mood elevating effect and acts as a mild anti-anxiety agent for me.
