Well, yes I do. And you can blame it all on Kara.

I don't know why this happens to me, but I get off-track and forget what works. No, there's a simpler answer than that. I'm the quintessential absent-minded professor. Whatever I'm involved in is sometimes all I think about. I've gotten up in the morning, sat down at the 'puter with my coffee, and next thing ya know it's midnight, and I haven't eaten or gotten dressed or anything.

Where was I? Oh ya, niacinamide.

See, Kara was asking questions about it because I had had a great response back in spring 2003. She was archive-digging. And I took another look at niacinamide and I recalled that it was a wonder drug, and I got up that moment and took some. Been taking it ever since. (Thanks, Kara.)

I take 1000 mg/day, in two doses. When I remember to use it (yes, I still forget), I do not need my steroid inhalers for asthma. When I remember to use it, my inhalant allergies are pretty much fully controlled. It also takes the edge off when I'm feeling a little stressed or even more serious anxiety. All those other things about cytokines and such are just bonus.

I know, it might seem hard to believe, but niacinamide has been very very good to me.
