If you want to try hops find a store or website that sells homebrewing supplies. You can get them in various forms, whole, pellets or extract and I guarantee it will be cheaper than a vitamin/health food place. Cascade hops are nice, they smell pleasant, especially if you like the cronic, and they aren't too bitter. I've only used hops to brew beer, many hundred gallons of yummy beer. Just wanted to pass along a cheap source for those who might want to try some.
