Thanks for this article MKB.

I had been blaming tyrosine for an increase in my fibromyalgic/muscle trigger pain lately. However after reading this article I think I might stop taking glutamine which I had been taking daily.
Larry Hoover also mentioned magnesium and taurine as being useful. I found magnesium helped but I haven't tried taurine yet.

Which drug is the most effective for increasing GABA (and dopamine)? I'm sure a lack of GABA plays a big role and social anxiety is just another symptom of this deficiency.
