Idebeone sounds reasonable too, but I haven't figured out what exactly it is for...
I reacted badly to CoQ10..although I needed iit.
So the first bit was very beneficial , and after that I think it oxidised in me as I think I go low on oxygen..just can't figure out why!!
I know I have poor circulation..probably had Raynaulds until thryoid meds, and also have difficulty getting enough oxygen a lot..well it seems like it anyway although I know it is not supposed to happen in theory.I run out of puff very easily which has always limited my exercising and feel woozy and like I can't breathe in crowded rooms, almost faint. But if I go outside and breathe deeply for a while I recover..like in a restaurant I might go pale and others notice.
The depression becomes severe when my hands/arms, extremities go a bluey color too...so I think it has something to do with low oxygen to the brain.
This happened about a month ago when I tried to cut down on water (I drink too much:)
I think I'm finally getting back to normal in the past couple of days.Just trying to say I do think that somehow (no idea why) I tend to run low on O2..so I have to try to make sure my supplements wont make things worse if I am lowish on oxygen.

CoQ10 auto-oxidizes and unleashes massive amounts of various free radicals that damage delicate tissues and because CoQ10 is necessary for electron transport and ATP (chemical energy) production, cellular death may ensue. Idebenone, on the other hand, suppresses free radicals and continues ATP production in hypoxic situations
Huh? I don't see where Idebenone or even ubiquinone is used in anareobic ATP production ..thought that was just by glycolysis?
Does this make any sense to anyone?xxx
