Most of the b vitamins are grouped together for their function on nerves, and nerve transmission.
They are water soluble which means that any your body doesn't use will be excreted. The yellow pee is just the actual color of the vitamin that you are not using.
It's harmless.
Linkadgeby the way, it's been a long time that you've been on this board. I feel like a psychobabble senior myself! Although I know of a few that were around much before myself.
