Sometimes I really believe social anxiety is about caring way too much about how others percieve you, and then I remember, duh, that's the definition of social anxiety disorder. Thanks for your insight. The psychological aspects and rootings in this problem of social anxiety is all too often overlooked IMHO. It's good to hear other say that they've had the courage to just stand up and say, 'yes I have this and I acknowledge it too everyone'. That, as my psychotherpist/psychopharmacologist is the most important part of overcoming social anxiety, and I am really starting to believe it. Now if I could just put it into practice.
