You can take 5-htp with SJW but you have to be very careful about serotonin syndrome resulting from too much serotonin.

Fish oil can help all around but it sometimes takes as long as 8 months to see the full results. SJW won't help much with fatigue (unless it's perhaps the Perika type) but it's good for anxiety. Same with 5htp. SAM-e can be good for energy if it works for you but it can be anxiety producing. Other things that you might want to look into are:
NADH - can't use it everyday though
Picamilon
amino acids l-tyrosine and l-phenylalanineHere's a good link with lots of info. Just keep in mind that the dosages he recommends are usually way too low. He is extremely conservative that way.
