I will look into tyrosine tealady. zinc and b vitamins tend to upset my stomach, not sure about magnesium.
I found info that DLPA can be good for migraines and energy. Larry Hoover has talked a lot about TMG. Is that okay with migraines? How about combining DLPA and TMG, or should it just be one or the other?
