I started taking the fish oil for migraines, but I read here that it may work for mild depression and anxiety. I hope so because I recently stopped taking prozac (I was on a very low dose anyhow). I was trying 5htp, but I think I'm going to see how it goes with just the fish oil for now.
The multivitamin has a decent amount of Vitamin E, I think 500% rdv.

Does anyone know what these are? I take a multivitamin every time I take a fish oil capsule, is that sufficient?

Alphalipoic acid is also a very strong candidate, right behind vitamin E. Alphalipoic helps recycle vitamin E, and extends its usefulness.
