Most people respond within 20- 30 minutes of the first dose usually a drowsy ,sleepy feeling,but not neccesarily.As far as an anti-depressant effect or anti-anxiety effect I'd give it a few days.And if you didn't alredy know this,
make sure you take a B-complex,as this will help it convert to serotonin,and 30-45 minutes before a meal.A good sweet carbohydrate snack(no protien) a few minutes after taking it will give it a boost across the blood brain barrier.Good Luck.
