Enteric coating will eliminate fish burps, but so would taking them with food (unless the fish oil has started going rancid).

There is a potential benefit from getting the fish oil into the intestines without exposure to stomach acid, but I don't know that it's worth paying extra for that. Maybe, though, if you find that fish oil upsets your stomach.
