> Are there any natural herbal, or vitamin based remedies for awful mood swings around one's menstrual cycle. I am already taking Celexa and Buspar for Depression and OCD. My husband was recently put on an antidepressant and is having serious sexual side effects and I am not sure if they subside over time. I had read somewhere about Ginko? helping with this, but I am not for sure. Thanks
Some women are helped by certain supplements. Those are B-complex and evening primrose oil or borage oil. That's where I'd start, anyway. Take B-100 starting five days before your anticipated trouble time. Take the oil every day (better yet, with fish oil). Just take as labelled.
Your husband's problem is more difficult. Gingko can help if there is still some sexual response. So might arginine supplements (acting similar to Viagra, but much weaker). Viagra itself might help, but again, it usually depends on there being some remaining sexual response.
