I have read so much over the last few months so I am a little overwhelmed. But I remember reading that you shouldn't mix 5-HTP with some anti-depressants which worried me. I just thought that maybe too much inositol and 5-HTP might not be good. I have also read that 5-HTP reacts differently for different people. I was taking anti depressants for a few years. Then I discovered that my real problems were ocd and anxiety. Anyway...have been taking inositol for a couple of months and glutamine for a few weeks. I am happy with the results. Hopefully the effectiveness won't wear off. have you had good results with inositol? I have also cut refined sugar and most white flour out of my diet.
