Do SJW side effects go away?

I'm 9 days in on St. John's Wort and it's starting to feel like an AD in terms of side effects: some mild postural hypotension, bloating, constipation, sensation of fullness after eating a small amount of food, craving carbohydrates, starting to gain a little weight, though that may just be bloating.

Has anyone found that these SEs recede as your body gets used to it?
