I am sure they would only give you phone numbers of people who had success with it.

I believe there was a discussion of EMPOWER on Psycho-Babble and there might have been one on Alternative. You might have to do a search if no one responds.

I used to be on an MSN group and one person had great success on it. Here is the URL to the group. Maybe you could join and read the NATURAL THERAPY section because that is where she discussed it.
