most potent neuroprotectant ??

So I've got to feeling somewhere that I would like to stay. Does anyone know what the most potent neuroprotectant herb, vitamin etc available ?

Unfortunately ginkgo changes my mood. What about Co-q10, vitamin E, etc ??

Anyone up on this type of information ?
