I tried taking green tree extract for 2 days...probably not enough time to necessarily make a judgement, BUT, for the last 2 days, I have been MORE tired and less energy - sleepy, sleepy, sleepy - as if I have a paradoxyl reaction. Maybe, I would have felt this "just because", but it seemed to be a cause and effect thing.
Has anyone used the extract (specifically) and not had good results but me?
My alternative plan is going well and I feel this wasn't a good addition for me. Just my experience.
