Opiates Used to Treat Depression ?

I came across this message Board while searching for any information and/or Clinical Trials on Using Opiates to Treat Depression.

Can anyone provide me with information or "links" about this? Does anyome know of any Clinical Trials for this.

I am a 34 year old Female who has been suffering from Clinical Depression since my early 20's.
