Hmm... I didn't know that other dyes were worse than blue... Candy is basically out of the question then I would assume? I am feeling a lot better lately. I think your right the brand of multivitamin could definately have been to blame, however Valenium (sp*) is a mood stabalizer I have been told... much like a lithium agent or the such. This is very bad to mix with the medicine I am taking, or so I am told, and thus this was my guess as to the interference causing my anxiety. Thank you very much for helping me with this issue though.
On a side note I started taking a B-vitamin that has 6667% of the recommended daily intake of vitamin b6 and b12 and thus far it has been curing my late night anxiety attacks and all the odd paranoia filled thoughts that seemed to plague me every now and then. But I am just going to quit eating candy altogether then I guess, but are some people just more sensitive than others to the food colorings? I know many people who eat pound after pound of candy and it doesn't do anything (noticeable) to them. Thank you very much for your time and for filtering through my ramble.
