Or is this true only for tyrosine ?All pure aminos (i.e. not hydrolyzed protein powders used by weight lifters) work best on an empty stomach. The idea is to increase the blood concentration of that amino all by itself, to reduce the effects of competition between the aminos, while maximizing the effect of the one you are taking.
