I think I've had some good luck with Omega 3s.
I feel better when I'm eating 3 or 4 meals of fish each week. Mostly salmon, some albacore tuna. It only takes a week for me to really notice a difference. I don't notice much improvement if I'm just taking the fish oil pills, although I still take them.Good luck,
