Better than yesterday, thanks.

Prostration at my feet not required. <wink>
> Can this (EPO) be used for Omega 3's or is it different from using fish oil form?
It has some omega-3 in it, but it's shorter chain than fish oil. Therefore, not bioequivalent. The typical reason for using EPO is not to obtain omega-3, but instead to obtain a particular omega-6 fatty acid, gamma-linolenic acid (GLA). Borage oil is twice as concentrated in GLA, by the way.
> Does any Omega 3 form have anti-inflammatory properties?
Yes. But just what properties exist vary with each version. DHA tends to regulate genes. EPA tends to directly regulate inflammatory response. ALNA is more like EPA. It's good to have them all in good supply in your diet. Most people get quite enough ALNA without the slightest effort (via vegetable oils such as canola), so efforts should focus on obtaining DHA and EPA (fish oil).
> Is is possible to use both forms together or is this not advisable?
It is optimal to use a GLA source simultaneously with fish oil.
> Advice appreciated. As always, thanks.
