that might be the first step. Ginkgo does increase blood flow. How much did you take? What mg.'s? What ever you take with Ginkgo does increase the power of anything you consume with it... coffee...etc really anything.
Doctors warm people about Ginkgo use especially before an operation of any kind. Ginkgo can cause blood loss. It thins your blood.
