At Sam's wholesale club, I got 300 1000mg Omega 3 pills for about $6.
I haven't seen any real change yet from using it, but its only been a week. I'll just keep increasing my dosage. I checked the net, and found the brand they sell, Member's Mark, has a good record with no impurities.

The July issue of Consumer Reports describes its evaluation of 16 products that were laboratory-tested for both omega-3 content and contaminants. Because the magazine found "no significant differences in the quality or purity of these supplements," it recommends selecting a fish-oil supplement based on price.
The cheapest come from two large warehouse companies, the Kirkland Signature Natural Fish Oilfrom Costco and Member's Mark Omega 3 Fish Oil from Sam's Club. The next cheapest brand, Spring Valley Natural Fish Oil Concentrate, costs three times as much per daily dose of one gram a day of EPA and DHA combined.
