My vitamin E says 1000 I.U.
Omega 3 1000mg would be...I just looked it up, and it says that 1 gram is 1,000 mg.
OK then. Thanks. I mention the gram to mg thing in case anyone reading this was curious(public schools in America and the metric system don't get along very well.)
