> http://store.yahoo.com/vitanet/ca12liwima16.htmlThe key is in the phrasing. When they say 1200 mg calcium as the lactate, they're saying that two tablespoons of the liquid will give you 1200 miligrams elemental calcium, and a whole bunch of lactate, too.
