Yeah, I'm still doing it. I'm a lot better than
I was before.

>>>>>>>>>>> Glad to hear that Roo.

It's not perfect. We're still trying
to tweak it.

>>>>>>>>>>>> But it's made a pretty big difference though huh?

We retested my levels (seratonin, noriepiprine, dopamine,
etc) and they had improved a lot from the beginning. Although
I suspect I may have TOO much seratonin circulating now.

>>>>>>>>>> Does it measure BRAIN levels..or just blood levels (is it accurate)?

It can be tricky to balance!
The good part, I guess, is....I
no longer nap and I usually have the energy to do what needs to be
done (I used to sleep all the time)....sometimes I still feel out
of whack...like something isn't in balance in my body.
I don't know if the supplements maybe trigger some hypomania as well.
Although I have more energy...I don't have the sense of peace I'd like to have.
I'm starting to suspect hormones. Also looking into food allergies.

As hard as it is, sometimes, to go the natural approach...it's just so much
more worth it to me than to deaden myself on drugs...particulary mood stabilizers.
Topamax turned me into a dead zombie for a year, and I'm just now feeling alive again
(albeit painfully moody sometimes, but alive at least)...

I aint sellin my soul
for the drugs anymore. That said, I do still take a small 5 mg dose of lexapro...I
go off on the weekends though.

>>>>>>> I'd like to get all I can from the natural approaches and then use meds for the rest. So far, unfortunately for me, the natural approaches haven't accomplished much. But I'd really like to try this. They are supposed to let me know if there is somebody in my area that I can go to for this approach. So you do recommend this ROO? Hey, if it only helps 25% then that's pretty good. I remember reading a post of yours when you were in their "conditioning phase". It is ok to be on meds when you do this treatment, correct?

How are you? what's up and your mental health lately?

>>>>>>>>>> Just restarted Lexapro myself...still waiting for it to really kick-in. Write as much as you feel like about that natural approach that you're doing...I'm all ears, lol...I'd really like to go there. Thanks!!!
