Well, it's yet another neurotransmitter IIRC. It's supposedly one that gets released in larger quantities during the initial stages of falling in love, so it presumably has stimulant and mood and libido elevating effects.

Larry Hoover would know more about the niacin vs. niacinamide choice than I do.

Are you shooting for more dopamine and norepinepherine? The thread up above with my "back in the saddle" post has links to more information upon which I based my regimen. YMMV however.

I am bit concerned about the Protein 95 I use given that it is a soy product and there's potential problems with soy isoflavones and what not.
