I have a difficult time with suppliments. I don't know what it is, but I always seem to have some problem with most of the things I've tried. With fish oils being all the rage, I didn't know if it was worth it. Larry Hoover gave me some good info before, as he always does.
I wish I was more tolerant. I'm beginning to think I'm doing it to myself. People can take cupfuls of pills throughout the day and do fine. Me, it's the headache, stomach distress, achiness, any number of complaints.
