creatine and working memory

Posted by River1924 on September 4, 2003, at 13:57:05

I just read an article that said creatine improves working memory (which I certainly could use) and intelligence (which wouldn't be bad.) Any one experienced this? I hope it is true and works for me.

In the past, creatine (as a weight lifting supplement) has made me irritable. Any suggestions on how to make creatine tolerable? I just started lamictal for Bipolar 2. After several weeks I should be titrated up to 200 milligrams. Do you think I'll tolerate creatine at that point?
