data protection officer

I think that a data protection officer at an institution with many people involved (the maclean center in chicago has such qualified people) who edits, deletes and reports to the agencies could be a good idea. telegram could theoretically replace the psycho babble. some people may stick to the easy design and good overview. however telegram also has advantages and more possibilities. but it needs a learning curve.
But the problem is the archives. those people who could not revoke, do not participate anymore, died or committed suicide. Furthermore the policy was actually illegal and therefore the database or the archives built up during many years. IMO Hsiung should be punished.
