The benefit could be improved rules, or improved understanding of the rules.

If so, where is it?No, that hasn't been the past practice. The introductions to the other boards all say they're for "support". The introduction here just says it's for "discussion". On Admin, civility is still important, but there are also other goals, so sometimes there needs to be compromise.
