I am not depicting this to be the overall tenor here. That is why I use ,{in particular BUT NOT LIMITED TO} (emphasis mine).
People can see the years of outstanding requests/ notifications from me here. It is that there are those years of outstanding requests from me to Mr Hsiung that is my subject here, for the initiator of this thread initiated my response.
