If you're feeling any guilt at all about the 'group f-off', don't even worry about it...There was alot of truth in what you said.
I think sometimes avoidance is a good (at least temporary) strategy to keep our 'sanity' when facing difficult times....Maybe if you will accept it--and not fight it--it will eventually subside? Anyway, fwiw-the more I accept my 'negative' parts, the more they seem to disappear on their own...It's a slow process, but it happens. And when I started to notice this, I realized it has been nothing short of a relief. So maybe, just maybe, don't fight it and keeping going with it instead..
Sort of--let the emotions run their course by accepting them--making a decision to not feel guilty or hard on yourself about them-and see what happens from there?
Taking care of you is most important right now-try not to worry about us. Ok? :)
