I am unsure as to what you are wanting to mean here. If you could post answers here to the following, then I could have the oportunity to respond accordingly.
A. Is the difficult time a period that you are in that there is something that you can not overcome yet?
B. If so, could an b-mail to you prevent you from overcomming whatever it is, or just keep you from trying to overcome whatever it is or something else?
C. If you are accepting b-mails, what could be your prederences for the contet to be?
D. Could the content be related to helping you overcome whatever it is as being difficult, if it is something that you can not overcome yet?
E. other good and just answers to questions not stated.
