I could see "Social" as including things like politics, faith, books, work, eating and possibly others. It seems like "social" is a relatively all-inclusive type of term that encompasses just about any interaction between people. Perhaps it is supposed to be more "light hearted"? "Health" could be rolled into "Medications" or maybe hyphenate it - "Health/Medications." Just a thought.
