As someone said above, Firefox might solve your problem, it solved a lot of mine. I've found it the only browser to work right on my Mac.
All I knew were Macs until here recently when I began doing temp work at places that use PC's. So I've been experiencing the opposite of what you have! It was really difficult at first to get the hang of things (C drive, D drive, F drive, what the heck is that???). Especially at work where I'm trying to act like I know what I'm doing! So I think taking a class is an excellent idea, especially since you've already invested in a Mac. Once you get the hang of things, you may find yourself pleasantly surprised! Or, being human, you may always consider what you learned first the easiest. Anyway, all I'm trying to say is, if I could learn to use both, you can too. And then you'll know that much more than most people!
