> Sorry if I'm being dense.Yes, but they can get here through Google, too. Guess how many people have said "I love the Spitfire Grill" online? I'm hoping neither of the other two are clues about you, but if you'd ever posted that line anywhere else, your daisies would be chained together by Google. What if you'd also logged your movie interests somewhere else, maybe on Facebook, where you (hypothetically) identified yourself and used the same phrase?
And what then if you then decided that bit of ostensibly innocuous information revealed too much personal detail? Maybe a detailed explanation, coupled with the right rhetorical genuflection, would persuade this site's administrator to remove it. But the wrong intonation in your request could prompt an "I'm the therapist acting for the good of the group. NO!" response. You could be exposed to everybody that watches CNN as "the girl who loves the Spitfire Grill" and (won the lottery/ escaped a burning building/ published an award-winning book/ or whatever gets you on CNN)
