I interpreted your statement to mean that you believed what you quoted had been posted to you, which would not be correct. If I misinterpreted your statement, I apologize though remain confused about why you quoted what you did.
If you review the sequence of posts I've included above, you'll surely see that nowhere did I ever say anything about your post being relevant or not, so I'm not sure I understand your need to assert relevance. But that's neither here nor there.
Finally, thanks for offering your opinion on the civility of my post. I respectfully disagree and encourage you to re-read the FAQ section on civility.
