Reminder: Babblemail needed for deputy responses

Just a periodic reminder to all - if you've contacted the deputies by any means and would like a response, you'll have to turn on/leave on your Babblemail function.

If not, we have no way to contact you without going through Dr. Bob...and that will probably *not* be at all timely.
