Not sure if this is still a question, but I think so, so I'll try to answer anyway, just in case....
Responses to posts and threads are available to read on Babble, which like any website, is really just a collection of many separate pages at a certain location (address, or 'URL') on the internet (or WWW, same thing) So, as long as you have access to the internet, through *any* ISP (your service provider, which I think is what you refer to as 'server,' and what you just changed) you can always read and post on Babble.
It won't matter which 'server' is handling it - as long as it still connects you to the internet, you can access Babble. So, if for a little while, you actually have a choice of 2 ISPs, the answer is, you could use either one.
