I prefer that we continue our dialog by answering on your own the requests for clarification from me that I have here.I am requesting clarification from you so that I can respond accordingly. If I was to know what you are wanting to mean concerning the word{shall}, or {should}, in regards to this discussion, then I could have a better understanding concering your rationale, the policy here, and more clarification concerning about the actions you have taken and such, which you write here that it is fine to discuss.
If I was discussing this with someone other than you, their reply to me may not be what your reply could be to me.
Others are free to post in this thread, but I ask that if anyone is going to post here in reagrds to what Dr. Hsiung asks me to ask someone else about for input, I am asking that those responders post as to if what they are posting is of their own opinion or if it is what Dr. Hsiung is meaning and that you post the authority for such. If that could be done, then I could know if what is posted is speculation on what one here could think that Dr. Hsiung is meaning or not and have the opportunity to respond accordingly.
