Please don't jump to conclusions about others, or post anything that could lead others to feel accused or put down (such as Racer). This is the same thing that gg was explaining by posting the definitions of 'jumping to conclusions' - deciding on something as a fact (i.e., fayroe was right) without [enough] objective evidence and information.

Phillipa, knowing your nature, I have absolutely no doubt your focus is to help suebirds. However, I don't think agreeing with fayroe's assumption (which received a civility warning) that Racer would not give future support, helps accomplish that. Maybe you could have (still can, of course) posted something on the thread encouraging others with experience w/Zoloft to join in? More constructive, you know? And the beauty of being a long-time, familiar poster on that board, is that others who may be feeling shy, or not know what the thread is about, often respond to a call from *you* - then everyone wins :-)

>This is an I statement.

I'm afraid it is not, per the FAQ here. An "I" statement would say something about *your* own feelings, such as, "I feel worried about suebirds because she really needs reassurance from more posters..., " or "I feel sad when a poster has to wait for responses...." Or whatever your feelings are on the matter. Hope this helps.

If you or others have questions about this or about posting policies in general, or are interested in alternative ways of expressing yourself, please see the FAQ: http://www.dr-bob.org/babble/faq.html#civil

Follow-ups regarding these issues should be directed to Admin and should of course be civil. Dr. Bob has oversight over deputy decisions, and he may choose a different action.
