It is my request to have dialog here with the administration concerning the notification that I sent on April 9, if that is the one that you write that you are not qualified to respond to.
My dialog will be to try to find another way to address the post in question than to wait for Dr. Hsiung to do so, perhaps by identifying what it is in the post in question that needs clarification so that there could possibly be the ability to address the aspects of the post.
