This IMO changes things from before he posted that, for if there is an issue as to if some of the posts in question are civil or not, IMO has been made clear by DR. Hsiung. I am requesting that you consider the following an any reply here.
A. If you post that the statements in question in the posts in question here are uncivil, you would not be overulling Dr. Hsiung now because he has posted recently that accusations toward the Jews are uncivil to be posted here.
B. The FAQ states that a specific function of a deputy is to post that a statement is uncivil.
C. That I am not asking for the poster to be sanctioned, but that only the statement in question be notated as being uncivil here.
D. That you IMO know more than anyone else here the aspects of this whole matter.
E. That you are the senior deputy here.
F. That you have posted other posts that IMO are supportive of my quest to have the posts in question notated as being uncivil.
G. other good and just considerations.
