Well, is there not a problem ,first, >before< a solution is tried to have come up?

But a number for civility with a number for credibility does not mean that there is a correlation between the two. Then there is the longevity symbol. I think with those three, one could have a high civility rating but a low credibility rating. And one could have a high credibility rating and a low civility rating.
If Martin Luther King jr's speeches are considered to be uncivil here, and I am awaiting a reply from Dr. Hsiung concerning that, would that take anything away from the importance of his work? If someone here has a high civility rating but does not give credible content in their posts, what could that mean?
