That is the whole point of using GMT. There is no
daylight saving/summer time in GMT, so it is not US centric. Even in the US some states do not observe daylight saving/summer time. Just apply
a local offset for your reigion. In MS, click on the time in the lower right corner then click on the "Time Zone" tab. The offset from GMT is listed. In the US the offset is negative, so you subtract it from GMT time. (Assuming you set the time zone correctly)Actually, servers/computers only use GMT. Any time display that is in local time is derived from the servers GMT time.
